Perfect Fitness

With the overhaul of the Workouts section of the Perfect Fitness website, we have decided that this week's challenge will be based on the Power 10 exercises, whether it be the Pushup Power 10, Pullup Power 10, or Pushup Power 10 Advanced.

This is a one rep/one point challenge. Any repetition completed, as indicated in the Power 10 charts, gives you a point. As usual, the total points on the Facebook discussion section of the Perfect Fitness fan page will be tallied on Friday, and the person with the most total points will recieve a coveted Incredible Facking Beer Opener Medal, or IFBOM for short. (this is the new name for the winner's circle dog tags)

Teammates, also be sure to post which Power 10 exercises you are doing, so that your swimbuddies can see how each of us works out. Challenge begins Monday.
