Day 7 ended PROMISINGLY..I did all three of my (last day of doing only ONE SET - Day 8 starts with TWO SETS!!) Pullups in a row with NO BREAK in between. This tells me that my muscles have acclimated to the exercises. I wanted to do MORE modified Australian Pullups..and even wanted to try a real one..but I'll wait for Day 8 <--that'll be my reward for me..to see the strength growoth. :-) It is, for me, psychological. I really love the Standing Rows - as they let me view my arms as they are working..I am seeing good definition in the works..and liking it. The Negative Pullups seem a lot stronger too..I felt as if I could possibly do a pullup..I can't wait until day 8 to see if that is the case. We shall see!

Pullups:
5 Australian Pullup (modified)
10 Standing Row
5 Negative - 5 seconds each

The Ab workout was just as PROMISING. I started with 10 Knee ups, they felt very solid. I went straight into 10 Oblique Knee ups - I torqued nicely (no swing coming down) and lifted my knees nice and high. I took a two minute break before finishing up with the 10 Leg Lifts. Once again the fact that I could go from the Knee ups to the Oblique Knee ups, without a BREAK was refreshing..my abs are STRONG(ER). I am stoked for Day 8 and doing TWO SETS!!

Abs:
10 Knee ups
10 Oblique Knee ups
10 Leg lifts

And lastly..if anyone ever tells you you are doing your exercises wrong (I am referring to the blog I posted today, before this one) you tell them to SUCK IT. The fact that you are doing ANYTHING is far better than the critic telling you you are WRONG. (BIG GRIN)

THE END.
