Day #12..was suppose to be yesterday but that wasn't going to happen as I've been noticing my body has been extra tired and sore. I did have a very GOOD stretch workout at yoga last night so that was good. Day #11..My right arm is SORE. I am also physically/mentally "tired". I started my first set with ABS..as soon as I got my arms in the Ab Straps - my right arm was not happy..it felt like I had JUST gotten punched all around it. I did the following THREE exercises (in the order below) choppily (I started and stopped during the 12 count of all three.) - but with good form. I did not feel strong.

If I were on task, yesterday would have been Day #9, but..yesterday I fatigued myself..I did 1.5 hours of rollerblading, then went to a yoga class 2 hours later. Soooo...burned out my energy.

I am taking a breather after doing Set #1 of Pullups and Set #1of Abs. Whoooooooooo...that felt GREAT! May I have another!? (oh ya..I get to...LOL)

Day 7 ended PROMISINGLY..I did all three of my (last day of doing only ONE SET - Day 8 starts with TWO SETS!!) Pullups in a row with NO BREAK in between. This tells me that my muscles have acclimated to the exercises. I wanted to do MORE modified Australian Pullups..and even wanted to try a real one..but I'll wait for Day 8 <--that'll be my reward for me..to see the strength growoth. :-) It is, for me, psychological. Well today/tonight - my legs are flooded with lactic acid (you know the pain you love). Last night's workout ended with a strong leg workout (at the gym)..I walked across the wooden floor area (where they do spin/yoga..) doing a total of 40 forward lunges (carrying 5lb dumbles in each hand) and 40 lateral lunges (20 left, 20 right)..I did bicep/tricep curls in between the lunges..so while my legs were on fire my arms were busy. Feels great though!

Ok so DAY 5 HAPPENS 8 days after DAY 4! I was sure I'd do Day 5 no later than January 28th (4 days later) ..but..NOPE! Ahh day 4. I started my day (evening..I slept until 4:30pm!) doing an intense 60 minutes of cardio on the treadmill. It was good to get back to the gym and just bust that out like nobodys business...I won't lie - I sweated a bucket! Haha..after the treadmill I did 2 sets of 15 reps for my back/lats..I can't remember what it's called (the exercise) but it's one of my favorites - you sit up straight with your chest out and when you pull the bar/weight to you - you visual your shoulder blades crush…

Day two was OK..I will say that I went from doing ONE AUSTRALIAN PULLUP TO .5 of an Australian Pullup...Hmm..I'll chalk that up to it meaning I'll be doing either ONE or TWO on Friday..YEAH..THAT'S IT!

Uhhmmm...OUCH? LOL Ok so I decided to do something that I feared today (and there aren't a lot)..and that was - PULLUPS. These are different muscles ladies and gentlemen...uhhmm...yeah. The scores are finally in for the first ever New Year's Muttawuttafack Accumulation Challenge, which consisted of a 5 day Operation Sierra Oscar. Nicholas Tsitsilianos was declared the winner just moments ago with a striking 1224 points! He accumulated 282 Perfect Pullups and 660 Perfect Pushups throughout the week.
