I started a week ago. Yes, my knees are down (and bent a lot because one knee hurts when I put weight on it). I can do the single set of normal width, a single set of wide width, and none of the narrow width, but I am wondering if I have my hands too low on my body for the narrow ones. I spread the different kinds throughout the day. I can't do any more than I could do the first day, but I think I am holding my form pretty well. Thanks for checking back with me!!!
