A question I can never get an answer to The specs to build the supports for the perfect pull up, illustrated in the youtube videos and the workout posters Looks like a little imagination to get one build with trial and error. I'm 6 foot one inch tall and I perfer to hang straight legged during the workouts.
Can anyone provide some info. to build this setup?
