Well, I finally got all the guys in my life to step away from the Perfect Pullup so I could have a chance at it.
Sunday, I determined my max, tonight I completed my first workout. I was careful to move at the same speed as on the Circuit Workout videos and I used the formula on the poster for the sets/reps.
Boy, I have a lo-o-o-ng road ahead of me!
Right now, I can only do 5 pullups with good form! Yikes!
But, I am not going to get discouraged. I mean there is nowhere to go but up from here.…
