Has anyone tried a 3 day rotation?

Day 1 Chest: Perfect Pullups, Dips, Tricep Extensions
Day 2 Legs
Day 3 Back: Perfect Pullup routine

??

I usually do a upper body and lower body split, but my reps are getting higher, which is making it difficult to complete the workout.

I usually do the upper/lower split, but I should probably change it up soon to keep my muscles guessing. did you mean Perfect Pushups on day 1 though?

I may switch it to do Pushups with leg workouts on one day, and do Pullups and abs on the other day, cuz I wanna try some of the ab/pullup circuits they have in the Workout videos section.

Yeah, I'm considering a similar split. Right now, I'm doing the pushup and pullup workouts on the same days...along with dips. Legs and abs on opposing days.

yup, same here, although I haven't gotten the Perfect Dip Bar yet. I usually go to the gym and do the Bare Arms Circuit using the handles and dip bars there. Keep it up man. btw...how's the handstand coming along?

The handstand is coming...definitely a work in progress!!!They're tough. My neighbor is a former gymnast and performs them with ease...no wall or support base needed.
