I'm still doing my Perfect Pullups!

Well hopefully the SPAM drug ads will subside for a minute so you all can see me..LOL So I am still doing my Perfect Pullups - I had to take about a week off due to the fact that my body had a delayed reaction to my rollerblading accident..my muscles decided to ache all at once in a time released fashion..it was so weird and disheartening. I have been doing REAL PULLUPS through out the day 1-2 at a time..along with the standing rows and modified/and regular Australian pullups. I am so happy with… Continue

Day 12 of Perfect Pullup and Abs

Day #12..was suppose to be yesterday but that wasn't going to happen as I've been noticing my body has been extra tired and sore. I did have a very GOOD stretch workout at yoga last night so that was good. Sunday I went to the gym for a cardio workout (it was 45 minutes on the treadmill - still was tired..wanted to do 60 minutes, but once again - tired). Day 11 Perfect Pullups and Abs

Day #11..My right arm is SORE. I am also physically/mentally "tired". I started my first set with ABS..as soon as I got my arms in the Ab Straps - my right arm was not happy..it felt like I had JUST gotten punched all around it. I did the following THREE exercises (in the order below) choppily (I started and stopped during the 12 count of all three.) - but with good form. I did not feel strong.
